With the successful showcase of my Original Work behind me, February marked a major shift in my ISM journey: transitioning to the Final Product. While the first semester focused on foundational research and the core framework of Thryve, the Final Product requires me to scale that concept into a tangible, real-world application. My focus is now shifting from theory to execution, diving deeper into corporate finance metrics and quantitative analysis.
This transition requires an entirely new mindset. Instead of just studying financial models, I am building an interactive corporate finance dashboard that utilizes prescriptive analytics to help businesses forecast trends and make data-driven decisions. To bridge this gap, I spent the month collaborating with my mentor to map out the data pipeline, integrating key valuation concepts and frameworks like DuPont Analysis.
As February comes to a close, the blueprint for the Final Product is officially locked in. Moving away from the conceptual phase and heading straight into development is incredibly exciting. I can't wait to see GoThryve evolve into a high-level analytics tool that mimics the exact platforms used by industry professionals.
